Chris Price whom I'd never met before, was put in touch through the lLoyds sailing club, has become an invaluable first mate, he's a real yachtmaster!Loads of experience though open to learning and new experiences!Rob Demel, I met at the Royal Sussex hospital and he's as weetie.Knows more and is more able than he realises, a great and helpful crew member.
Arrived at Royal Suffolk and Norfolk YC at 21.00 last night.Punched the 2knot tide on the last leg.Sailed the first part by tacking past Orfordness which was lovely F3-4, though once we turned the corner needed to motor sail.
Yacht club is so friendly, especially david Schonhut, the Lifeboat coxwain and manager of the YC.Free berth.Thankyou.
