people you meet. and things you eat.

walked the beach today and the only thing that spoilt the tranquility of the long stretch of dunes were the jets flying over, every 10minutes. The RAF base here is a large contributor to the community and without fishing that's what keeps it going. I walked into a shop doorway and saw it was a health clinic,I managed to get a wonderful aromatherapy massage.Shelagh, who massaged me (and sent me asleep),invited me to her house,to eat, have a bath and stay, then on Saturday, she'll drive us over to Findhorn for lunch. I've wanted to get to Findhorn for years. It is known as a very spiritual and peaceful place and I doubt if i'll be able to sail in there,as even locals sometimes mess it up,due to the sandbanks constantly shifting.Anyway, now i'll still get to see it.Thanks to a chance meeting and the generosity of the people here. Strange item on the menu in a cafe today, 'haggis panini, with whisky sauce'?
